For 15 years I owned my own business in Seattle as a Personal Image Stylist.  I worked with hundreds of clients, helping them to find their personal style to promote the image they needed for their professional work. I began as a personal shopper at the Nordstrom Flagship store and moved on from there.  My background is in education and I’ve held a variety of Director position in Early Childhood Development and Tutoring programs.  In addition, I worked as a large loss negotiator for an insurance company for several years.
While in Seattle I volunteered with the Boys and Girls Clubs of King County as a presenter for their Youth of the Year as a workshop leader on personal style.  I also served on the Steering Committee for Influence Her, a girls empowerment program thru Boys and Girls Clubs.  I volunteered with Dress For Success as a mentor and served on the board of the Seattle Chapter of Fashion Group International as head of programming.
I”ve enjoyed working as a presenter and workshop leader for all of these groups and am looking forward to doing the same here in New York City.
